K15

Liminality – the state of uncertainty and transformation, that space between who you were and who you are. After starting the year with the collaborative ‘Steel Sharpens Steel’ EP with his friend in sound, Kyle Hall, on the revered Wild Oats label, K15 returns to Esencia with Liminality. The record is rich in the rhythms, grooves, discernment and attention to detail synonymous with K15.

Whether it’s the sway and playfulness of a gift, not a given, the meditative qualities of liminality, or the soothing tones of dissolve, the record showcases what K15 does best: considered compositions anchored by deft melodic and rhythmic choices .
